A colleague from work who recently moved to Svalbard has desperatily been searching for fossils and we just could not understand why he's been unable to find any. We did a standard loop via the extremely well-known fossil hunting grounds at the foot of the Longyearbreen glacier towards the ridge between Lars Hiertafjellet (878m) and Trollsteinen (849m). Lots of nice fossils all over the place!
