Vihreitä "perusrepoja" näkyy vähän siellä sun täällä, mutta Huippisten erikoisuus on päiväpuolen revontulet. Paljain silmin vihreät viirut taivaalla näkyy ihan hyvin keskellä päivääkin, kunhan vain on pimeää, mutta kameran kennolle tarttuu hienosti myös punertava revontuli.
The daytime aurora that everybody "knows" is red, although your eye will more readily pick out the green spots and features in the sky. This is just a side effect of having a human eye, which is most sensitive around green(ish) light and not particularly good at red colours. Luckily, the cameras capture the red stuff really well.
