Noora jäi loman lopuksi vielä Tromssaan kokoukseen, joten sain kerrankin ikkunapaikan. Etelän sateet jäivät taakse, Karhusaari oli pilvessä, mutta Huippuvuorilla oli aivan erinomainen keli. Jos Longyearbyenissä on itätuuli, niin koneet tyypillisesti lentävät kotisaaren länsirannikkoa pitkin (= valitse paikka F). Jos on napakka länsituuli, niin sitten reitti kulkee itärannikkoa pitkin, jolloin mikä tahansa ikkunapaikka kelpaa. Tällä kertaa myös Hornsundin alueen maamerkit olivat tuttuja.
When the weather is good in Norway, there are few places that are more spectacular. This time the conditions were definitely CAVOK with great views towards Hornsund area. I guess the views were so good that the pilots decided to fly by Barentsburg: normally the route goes a bit more westerly around Kapp Linné. The best window seats on the way north are typically on the right side of the plane if you want to see something besides the Greenland Sea. So, choose the seat F.
